Bit of Background for you:
No-Li’s been around since 1993. It was Spokane’s first independent, regional brewery since Prohibition.
Today, the Brewhouse operates on the Spokane River (we applaud the location!) with a Pub alongside the brewery for locals and visitors alike to enjoy its regional offerings.
They offer “globally inspired, locally sourced” dining for a taste of the Inland Empire in every brew and plate served.
Taste of Brews:
No-Li prides itself on brewing Spokane-Style beers with local, fresh and individual ingredients from the region. They strive to create innovative recipes.
For instance, their Born & Raised ale showcases Munich & Crystal malts to create a big supportive body on which they layer their favorite Washington hops.
Or check out their Oyster Stout, which is brewed with Dark Chocolate and Dark Caramel malt. Then, at the end of the boil process, they add Totten Inlet Pacific oysters to create a sweet, yet balanced stout with a subtle essence of salty brine and the flavors of the South Puget Sound. Yum!
