Coeur d’Alene’s Race the River Triathlon 2019:
As their website says, this race is “Coeur d’Alene’s Premier Sprint Triathlon that offers an unmatched setting and supports an active lifestyle for the whole family.”
Saturday the 27thof July is for the kid’s race:(4-12 year olds) This is a short and safe triathlon for the younger athletes. All athletes receive the RtR finisher medals, t-shirts, swim caps, other swag and ICE CREAM!
If you’re concerned about your younger kid’s swimming or biking, the race allows kids up to 7 years old to have one helper on the course. Check out more details

Sunday is for the adults:with a USAT Certified Sprint Course, this race promises to be good. It is designed with an open water swim section recognized for athlete safety. Athletes race by division and medals are awarded three deep. All finishers, however, receive the RtR finisher medal.
